BLANCANIEVES, UN VESTUARIO DE CINE

 Desde el pasado 15 de Marzo y hasta mediados de Mayo, se expone en la Galería Loewe de Barcelona la foto fija de la premiada, en los pasados Premios Goya, película Blancanieves.

 Since last March 15th to mid-May, there is an exhibition at the  Loewe Gallery of Barcelona which includes a picture of the Goya awarded film Snow White.

 Yuko Harami, fotógrafa japonesa y esposa del director de la película, Pablo Berger, es la responsable de presentarnos esta magnifica obra.

Zara no ha podido resistirse al encanto de la cajita transparente diseñada por Charlotte Olympia (cada vez me gustan más sus complementos!!! ¬¬...), y ya nos podemos encontrar en las tiendas del "más grande del low cost" su clon.

 No se que opinaréis vosotras, pero a mi la diferencia de precio, es motivo más que suficiente para que me decante por la cajita de mi queridísimo Amancio...

Spotted!! Leo Di Caprio signed autographs for fans when he arrived at an airport in Tokyo for starring at an ad. Since a couple of months ago we could see him in Django, now I'm looking forward to see him in the big screen again starring at The Gran Gatsby!! 

Leo was on a boat of bikini-clad women, including his costar and rumored real-life love interested, Margot Robbie, for a day before the cameras, we will see if she is the last one...

 Hace algunos días tuvo lugar en Madrid la entrega de los Premios Fotogramas de Plata. Entre las invitadas al evento, se encontraba la actriz Celia Freijeiro que para la ocasión eligió un vestido que ya os sonara, no?

 Tanto Mar como Celia se decantaron por un vestido vintage de Christian Dior.

 The singer-actress hit the red carpet at the Paramount Theater in Austin, Texas on Sunday (March 10th) for the premiere of "Spring Breakers". Once again showing a little skin, althoug maybe appropriate, I do not like under any circumstances. She wore a tropical look from the Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2013 collection. She paired a tropical print cropped bustier top (Dear Selena, Spring hasn't come yet, and far from summer...with this bustier you remember me...ok, lets close my mouth) and high waisted pencil skirt with nude Giuseppe Zanotti pumps (although I love them, maybe they were not her size) and completed her look with a frosty-coral lip and glossy brunette side-swept waves with a gold Melinda Maria armlet. Selena, please, think it twice before choosing this type of outfits...

 Oh my word...I am spechless with this picture. That flower top, those high waisted pants...those earrings, and that hair with black roots. She looks like she has been shootting Seekiing susan desperately. We know you want to bury Hanna Montana. Well, mission acomplished, now go back to being a normal young girl, please.

STYLE BATTLE: Amber Head Vs Zawe Ashton

 Zawe Ashton attended to the Elle Style Awards in London wearing a silver long sleeve dress with incrusted mirrors by Julien Macdonald. She wasn´t told that the same dress was wor by Amber Head for The Art of Elysium Gala 2011.

 Zawe wore heavy make up and a Jimmy Choos "Ciggy" clutch. I think the sheer panel didn´t match her skin tone and the cleavage was crooked.

 Amber has a subtle make up with red lips, pendant earring and a bouffant.

MADRID: MUSEO DEL TRAJE- LA MODA IMPOSIBLE

 Desde el pasado 27 de Febrero y hasta el próximo de 16 de Junio, tenemos una nueva cita en el Museo del Traje de Madrid. 

 Una nueva exposición nos espera para ser visitada, no solamente por los amantes de la moda (presente!), si no también por todos aquellos "curiosos" que les llame la atención la moda atípica, la vanguardista, en definitiva, LA MODA IMPOSIBLE!!

 From last February 27th to next of June 16th, we have a new appointment in the Museum of Costume in Madrid.

 A new exhibition it's expecting to be visited, not only for  fashion lovers (Here I am!), but also for those all "curious" to who atypical fashion really attracts their attention, the avant-garde ultimately IMPOSSIBLE FASHION!!

 Where are you running to, Becks? We could spot David Beckham on the street of London and we took note of his outfit. With eyes on Spring it is time for starting to add color to your look, with this mustard trousers as a central piece he achieves an elegant result with the beige-blue combo. Don´t forget the cap to get a British touch.

 A dónde vas tan deprisa Becks? Hemos pillad a David Beckham en las calles de Londres y no se nos ha escapado su outfit.

 Ya ni nos acordamos de cuando se celebró la Semana de la Moda Pret à Porter Primavera-Verano 2013... Sin embargo, es ahora cuando se empiezan a ver los clones que nos ofrecen las firmas de moda low cost, lo que pudimos ver por aquel entonces sobre la pasarela.

We do not even remember when the Spring-Summer 2013 fashion week was held ... However is now when all the clones start appearing  offering low cost fashion for the Haute Couture brands we could see at that time on the catwalk.

 Fueron muchos de los diseñadores, tales como Isabel Marant, Gianfranco Ferré o Lanvin, que sacaron en sus colecciones la Wrap skirt, o lo que es lo mismo, la falda cruzada, pareo o porterfeullie.

 There were many designers such as Isabel Marant, Gianfranco Ferré or Lanvin, who pulled the cross skirt in their collections, in other words, the Wrap skirt, sarong or portfolio.

STYLE BATTLE: Maribel Verdú vs Rosamund Pike

 Verdad que no es raro encontrarte por la calle con alguien que lleve tu mismo jersey de Zara?. Pues a las celebrities les pasa lo mismo, aunque con una "pequeña" gran diferencia, ellas coinciden con modelos high class.

Con una semana de diferencia, Maribel Verdú y Rosamund Pike, ambas actrices, ambas bellísimas, han optado por lucirse ante los focos con un diseño de Dior.

 En mi opinión Rosamund supo llevar el largo de la falda ideal.

TTC LOVES....Vera Brezhneva

 Vera dazzled us attending the Paris Fashion Week Showroom with this Ulyana Sergeenko Spring 2013 Couture. I love that dress, the pattern, the color, but most of all with the elegance she wears it...how is combined with this pair of Jimmy Choo's and the clutch in nude color and of course this wonderful coat in blue-grey signed by the Russian designer. Touche!

NYC: The Height of Fashion at FIT

 You know that I'm mad about the shoes and after going to the Shoe obsession exhibition at FIT, what is my pleasant surprise, the incoming month there is another fashion exhibition at this museum, this time about boots!! 

 This exhibition is focused exclusively on women's boots. The show, curated by graduate students, highlights holdings from the museum's extensive collection of footwear and features 20 pairs of women's boots by some of the most innovative modern designers, including Paul Poiret, Martin Margiela and Christian Louboutin.

 Ya sabéis que soy una enamorada de los zapatos, y más si son de tacón!! Después de ir a la exposición del FIT "Obsesionada con los zapatos" cual ha sido mi grata sorpresa que tienen otra exposición sobre botas a partir de Marzo!!

 La exposición, organizada por los estudiantes del FIT nos presenta 20 pares de botas de los mas afamados diseñadores, incluyendo Paul Poiret, Martin Margiela y Christian Louboutin.
