Beside this, its creator, the chef Jean-Georges, owner of old glories like Spice Market or ABC Kitchen is a famed chef from the Alsace, and has achieved what he calls "vibrant cuisine" away from the traditional one by using flavours and textures resulting from the use of herbal vinaigrettes and fruit essences.
I had the opportunity to go this summer and whenever I can, is one of my favourites! Located in the busy SoHo, with affordable prices, is surprising its design, the warm atmosphere and original dishes like tuna rolls or sea bass carpaccio with lime, delicious and different.

Situado en la ciudad de los rascacielos, se hizo famoso hace unos años, a parte de por su creador, el chef Jean-Georges, dueño del Spice Market o del ABC Kitchen y cocinero afamado de la Alsacia, por aparecer en repetidas ocasiones en la serie de éxito Sex in the City.
No tuve la oportunidad de ir hasta este verano y siempre que puedo, es uno de mis elegidos!! Situado en el famoso SoHo, a precios asequibles, no deja de sorprendernos, por su diseño, por su ambiente acogedor y sus platos originales como los rollitos de atún o el carpacio de merluza con lima, exquisitos y diferentes.
