Go on with the NY Fashion Week! This is the last post of this series, but no less interesting, it goes! With lots of new ideas and trendy advices, dare I say timeless!
Continuamos con la NY Fashion week!! Éste es nuestro último post de la serie, pero no por eso menos interesante, que va! Viene cargadito de nuevas ideas y modas, me atrevería a decir que atemporales!!

En tal día como hoy, 11 de Septiembre, tenemos jugosos desfiles entre los que destacan la alta costura de Oscar de la Renta, las siempre presentes Jenny Packham y Vera Wang o Badgley Mischka, que nos sorprendio por su feminidad y delicadeza, con cuál os quedáis vosotras??
Although it is a little bit unaffordable ... Oscar de la Renta is one of my favorites, and this time, loyal to his style, we've been presented a collection full of
subtleties, mixing fabrics and colors as only he use to! Ode to pencil skirts and flared coats, he uses neutral tones, white, black and pastel with a touch of color, red, yellow ... mixes stripes and plaids with exquisite taste and for the night long
geometric
skirts, and capelines with boat necks and of course the flowers, never missing! Simply dramatic!
Aunque se nos va un poquito de presupuesto...Oscar de la Renta es uno de mis favoritos, y esta vez, fiel a su estilo nos presento una colección llena de sutilezas, mezclando tejidos y colores como solo el lo sabe hacer! Oda a las faldas midi-lapiz y abrigos evase, utiliza tonos neutros, blancos, negros y pastel con un toque de color, rojo, amarillo...mezcla rayas y cuadros con un gusto exquisito y para la noche faldas largas, geométricas y capelinas con cuellos barco y por supuesto las flores, que nunca falten!! Simplemente espectacular!!
Jenny Packham surprised us with sparkling mini dresses and gowns, frocks bedazzled with swarovski crystals. Love the chess one!! Models walked in glittery black or silver Christian Louboutin heels. The effect was certainly dazzling, maybe a little bit devoid of any colorful fabrics for next Spring-Summer season.
Jenny Packham nos sorprendió con mini vestidos brillantes y largos vestidos sensuales, salpicados con cristales de swarovski. Me encanta el del ajedrez! Modelos subidas a negros y plata Louboutines brillantes. El efecto fue ciertamente deslumbrante!! tal vez un poco carente de tejidos coloridos para la próxima temporada primavera-verano.

Vera Wang didn't dissapointed us either including for the following season white looks cast in canvas and voile, with dancing skirts hitting mid thigh or below the knee, full of brocade and golden laces accessorized by strappy brown pumps. Wow! Too much heel!
Vera Wang tampoco nos decepcionó incluyendo en la siguiente temporada diseños en lino y gasa blancos, con faldas ligeras que vuelan por la mitad del muslo o cubren la rodilla, llenos de brocados y encajes dorados, acompañados de plataformas elevadas en piel beige. Wow! Demasiado talón para mi!
If you're looking for your red carpet moment, look no further than Mark Badgley and Jake Mischka. This duo launched their own brand in 1988 and celebrities like Tori Spelling (wedding gown) or JLO (Oscars Awards) have showed off some of their designs. Their Spring 2013 collection was steeped with loads of floor grazing organza and tulle creations, some in muted tones like smoke and blush. There were different looks for a cocktail, night gowns, palazzo trousers or even fabric into ivory shorts to anchor a blush chiffon and tulle top and coordinating peach lurex tweed jacket. Feminine, delicated and special, this runway was, in my opinion, one of the best!
Si estás buscando tu momento en la alfombra roja,ya lo has encontrado!! Mark Badgley y Jake Mischka. Este dúo lanzó su propia marca en 1988 y actrices como Tori Spelling (vestida de novia) o JLO (vestida en la Gala de los Oscar) han presumido de sus diseños. Su colección de primavera de 2013 esta impregnada con montones de organza y tul, algunos
diseños en tonos neutros, como el humo y el rosa palo. Nos sorprendieron con estilos bien diferentes: para cóctel, vestidos de noche, pantalones palazzo o incluso pantalones cortos en tono marfil con top de gasa y tul y chaqueta de tweed, mi favorito!!. Femenino, delicado y especial, este desfile fue, en mi opinión, uno de los mejores!
12 September: J. Mendel
On Wednesday, J.Mendel succeded with his catwalk, we didn't want his show ended, it was like a dream that would end with the music of the show!
El miércoles, J.Mendel fue el afortunado, no queríamos que su desfile terminara, era como un sueño que se acabaría con la música del desfile!!
Although the collection was unabashedly romantic, with luxe fabrics, like velvet or pleating chiffon, the construction was ultra-modern. Leather was also used as a collar and shoulder trim on a pink pleated dress, and a leather trapeze top was paired with a fluid wisteria print skirt. Sweeping crystal-pleated long gowns with deep V necks and open backs, bold thigh-high slits with transparencies, set off with silk flowers on the shoulder, leave us surprised, thinking of meeting them again in the next Oscar Awards!!
Aunque la colección fue basicamente romántica, con tejidos lujosos, como el terciopelo o la gasa plisada, el
diseño era ultra-moderno. Tambien mezclo la piel en cuellos y adornos en los hombros o en tops combinados con faldas estampada. Cristales en vestidos largos plisados con cuellos V y espaldas abiertas nos dejaron boquiabiertos y tomamos nota pensando en verlos en la próxima gala de los Oscars!!
