And the OSCAR goes to...

It's Sunday evening, and I usually watch a film at the TV, but this particular one, why not watching them all?? I cannot wait watching all the actresses wearing wonderful designers cloths, walking along the RED carpet on their very high heels!! Although the 85th Oscar Edition is in the middle of the show, Halle Berry  is remembering the 50 years of James Bond, "Les Miserables" is wining many of the awards, we'll see...but in the meantime let me show you the most beautiful dresses that I've ever seen on the RED Carpet.

This Gala is, in my opinion, one of the most enjoyable I've seen, maybe because of the tribute the Academy is paying to movie musicals, one of my fave records, or because the hosts this year is Seth MacFarlane, the father and screenwriter of Family Guy and Ted ;-) althoug it has being less sarcastic than usual...but now, please enjoy watching the different dresses TTC presents you!
In a night where black is predominating, as well as strapless gowns, no doubt the most wonderful dress was the one wore by the lucky Clooney girlfriend, Stacey Keibler, by Naeem Khan. Love the hair style!

Samantha Barks (Les Miserables) showed off some skin while hitting the red carpet, however she looked stunning in a Valentino dress.

Just Jared

Adele got changed for singing Skyfall, no ofense but sometimes she needs a stylish or a personal shopper, baby you should have kept the arrival gown by Jenny Packham! Anyway, congratulations for the Oscar!!

Giuliana Rancic, the Fashion Police host was ready for the Oscars wearing this Rafael Cennamo satin black gown.

Norah Jones in this one shoulder Tadashi Shoji. She was also stunning with the green dress while performing for the best song of the night!

Sandra Bullock was also stunning with this Elie Saab round neck sleeveless embroider lace gown. Maybe the hair style was not so apprpriate Sandra...but the truth is every year she looks more and more enviable!

Kelly Osbourne, the Fashion Police host glittered in her  tulle Tony Ward gown.

Other attendants opted for the white color or the pastel pan-tone  The amazing Queen Latifah wearing a Badgley Mischka V-neck white gown.

Octavia Spencer in a show-shoulder Tadashi Shoji so sweet in cream color, as usual, a good example of showing the best with a little bit wight over, touche!

Amy Adams in a  princess style light blue grey Oscar de la Renta gown, with layers and layers of tulle...nice undo bun.

Kristen Stewart in a Reem Acra flowered embroidered cream gown, it's not the dress, it's her, so stylishness ! She wore Jimmy Choo shoes, and Fred Leighton jewels. On the other hand she was carrying crutches even on the top of the stage, poor girl, have a point!

Jennifer Lawrence, the Oscar winner leader actress, well deserved by starring at Silver Linings Playbook, was stunning with a Dior Haute Couture dress in pastel combination tones. If missing she fall over the face getting the stage, she was perfect and happier ever seen, Congrats!!

Chopard jewels, a Roger Vivier clutch, and Brian Atwood shoes.

Charlize Theron was wearing a Christian Dior Haute Couture dress in a spotless white, Roger Vivier shoes, and Harry Winston jewelry.

The support actress Oscar winner, Anne Hathaway in her Prada long dress. Her mother said that it was "business on the front, and party on the back", with a cross strap and a bow, so lovely, perfect for going on the stage!!

My "sometimes" nominee Amanda Seyfried in Alexander McQueen cross neck silver grey embroidered gown. Love the bun!

So trendy black and white binomio were also present in the Gala. Kelly Rowland appeared in a Donna Karan  aterlier showing a little bit too much...

Shaun Robinson, the Access Hollywood hosts, wore a David Meister dress and $17,000 worth of Mark Lash jewelry!!

Kristin Chenoweth, the Glee guest star, sparkled in Tony Ward Couture, while co presenting the Gala arrivals.

Judith Holste, Mrs Waltz, appeared really smart, showing us the simplicity of the black and white, this belt yes!!!

Zoe Saldana hit the red carpet in designer Alexis Mabille. The embellished top and ombre bottom make for one standout piece. The only thing I noticed out was the belt, I'm not so fan of them...on the other hand the best strapless ever, in the event.

And now the champange and golden ones... Brandi Glanville went for a classic Old Hollywood look, with a softly curled updo, red lips and a Jeffrey Daniels Unique Designs diamond choker. but the plunging sweetheart neckline, high-slit ruffled train and dishwater hue were all bold choices for someone who may have otherwise walked the red carpet completely unnoticed. “I’m designing my own dress for the Oscars with my designer from My BrandB line,” she wrote in twitter, OMG!! next time, please copy your mate Helen Hunt...Wonderful Louboutin although!

Jessica Chastain was quite nice in her Giorgio Armani dress, although the color of the dress didn't enhance her beauty at all...

Catherine Z-Jones, now Mrs Douglas, wearing a wonderful Zuhair Murad in golden sequins, enhancing her amazing figure.

Bond girl Naomi Harris in a shimmering gold gown by Ghanian designer Michael Badger, good try looks like a statuette, but too much leg...

Clad in her go-to designer, Carolina Herrera, Renée Zellweger looked very statuesque in a curve-hugging sequined gown. Renée’s gown offered an element of surprise from the back with a small train and keyhole cutouts with red velvet bow details.
The actress styled her gown with ruby and diamond bangles from Van Cleef & Arpels and a gilded box clutch.

Coco Perez
Lara Spencer, co presenter for the Oscar Gala Arrivals at the Dolby Theater was flawless, the shape, the fabric, the style, all together, all perfect!

Just Jared

Naomi Watts in Giorgio Armani asymmetrical silver gown, not one of my favorites! Was there any fabric left?

Halle Berry sizzled in sequins, with shoulder pads and a beautiful striped column designed by Versace.

Nicole Kidman made a dramatic choice this evening, wearing a L'Wren Scott gown to the Oscars. She was nominated, but did not win, for her work in The Paperboy and Hemingway & Gellhorn at the SAG Awards and the Golden Globes, did you pretend to win wearing this way??

Others prefered a embroidered up neck, like Olivia Munn, the Newsroom star, dazzled us with this golden embroided strapless red gown by Marchesa.

Salma Hayek was gorgeous wearing this Alexander McQueen in night blue velvet with a embroider golden swan neck, it's about time watching her so stunning! Accessories were perfect and the up bun made her the flawless look.

Kerry Washington in a strepless golden embroided upneck red gown  with a hip bow designed by Miu Miu for the event.

The blue was other of the most common chosen colors. Corinne Bishop (stunning daughter of Jaime Foxx, Django) looked oh-so-glamorous in a strapless blue-green chiffon gown, which she paired with long, loose locks and simple makeup.

Reese Whitherspoon in bright dark blue with neck top bustier by Louis Vuitton...mmm, doesn't convince me at all, no definitively not!

Jennifer Hudson opted also for the night blue, but I was not so funcy of her model signed by Cavalli, showing the leg off and the fabric...

Robin Roberts, The Good Morning America hostes, hitting the red carpet in a stunning blue velvet dress by Marc Bouwer. Love the cut and the style!

Helen Hunt dress seemed so very wrinkled, she opted for a H&M really low cost design, however, midnight blue is the best color on her. Spotted! She paired her dress with a $700.000  worth of bling by Martin Katz! Sewn right into the dress!

Jennifer Garner, is so so beauty by herself, nevertheless neither the color nor the style got my attention this time, only the jewelry, and the back of the Gucci design, of course!

Jennifer Aniston opted for the bright red for the gala wearing a Dior Haute Couture very glam dress. She rocked a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch and Fred Leighton jewels including her engagement ring (his luckily fiance is Justin Theroux).

Breaking the bad luck, the two time Academy Award winner, Jane Fondalooked absolutely stunning in a floor length yellow Versace gown with a cutout back!

In pink, Maria Menounos, the Extra host, was like a little girl big straberry cheescake, but the truth is that the Romona Keveza dress from the ss 2013 bridal collection fitted her like a glove!

Which of the above dresses do you like the most? Unfortunately, you cannot vote in this occasion...but maybe you can give us the clue on who will be the US nominee for next Friday, which actress do you bet for??

  1. Anne Hathaway was beautiful on Prada. She wore a diamond necklace from Tiffany & Co.'s, "because I'm from NY" she said on the red carpet show. Her first words after the Oscar "It came true..." you said it all darling!.
